Web and Oracle Application Development:
      Registration and Premium Billing Application Development, Ministry of Health Services

Innovations, Inc. led the project for the development and enhancement of Physician Claims, registration and premium billing software for Ministry of Health Services (a web-based application). We managed a team of eleven Analyst / Programmers who designed, developed and implemented a variety of custom software applications, maintenance patches and enhancements for Healthcare Registration, Premium Billing and Client Registry systems.

We managed a technical team of five developers who integrated legacy IMS and DB2 applications into a new Oracle-based Registration Interface. Project highlights included analyzing and determining Key Performance Indicators within MSP and mapping data sources to several disparate systems, including IVR, Mainframe Legacy and mid-range Oracle based systems. We performed Requirements gathering and refinement, Project Planning and Tracking, Subcontract Management, Quality Assurance, Configuration Management, and Risk Management.
